Tokens is designed with privacy in mind. We do not:

• Store any of your data on our servers
• Track your usage or behavior
• Collect any personal information
• Require user accounts or registration
• Share any data with third parties

All token generation happens in your browser or through the MCP protocol directly between your AI assistant and our service. No data is persisted.

We do not use cookies.

Tokens does not use any cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. Your theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage, which is not a cookie and cannot be accessed by us or any third party.

In no event shall Andrew Flett or Tokens be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted or transmitted through the service

Generated Content

The design tokens and code generated by Tokens are provided free of restrictions. You may use them in any project, commercial or non-commercial, without attribution required.

Changes to Terms
